The State of Emergency gives Daniel Andrews extraordinary powers over the lives of every Victorian with no accountability for their use.

Hotel quarantine and border permits can operate under other legislation; they don’t require a State of Emergency.

So why does Labor want a blank cheque for a State of Emergency until the end of 2021?
